Within the long tradition of hospitality, the Guest House takes on a unique physiognomy, different from a hotel or guesthouse. Our facility is located in a historic building over a century old, a building that represents a piece of Rome's history in the period following the advent of the capital, when the city was beginning to transform into a modern, bustling center. We have combined the charm of this historic setting with modern and functional furnishings, with spacious and bright spaces that make for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property was completely renovated in 2025, with a new lighting system, renovated floors, fine materials, and high-quality furnishings. Each room is enriched with carefully selected design objects, always maintaining an understated elegance. One of the strengths of our Guest House is its spaciousness: the rooms are very large, designed for maximum comfort, and the common open space is exceptionally large, a rare detail for facilities of this kind. Here, guests can work, relax or socialize, taking advantage of free Wi-Fi, comfortable armchairs, spacious tables and an always-available coffee machine. To make the experience even more special, each room is equipped with a coffee maker and kettle, and each morning guests receive a welcome box with a breakfast offering to start the day in the best way possible. In addition, the location is extremely convenient: right under the door is the shuttle bus stop for Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, allowing guests to arrive or depart effortlessly, with a direct service that leaves them right in front of the entrance.
